SALES TERMS: Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted on the basis of prices in effect on the date of order, unless specifically stated otherwise by General Saw Corporation. Credit Card Transactions will be processed on the date of shipment. Net 30 day accounts, interest accrues at 2% per month on all overdue invoices. Return check charges of $35.00 for insufficient funds per attempted transaction will be invoiced.

SHIPPING: Shipping costs and a nominal handling charge will be added to all orders. All shipments are made from Cape Coral, Florida via UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements are requested. Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

RETURNS: Prior authorization must be obtained before the return of any merchandise. General Saw Corporation will accept the return for credit of unused, unmodified, and undamaged merchandise, in the original package, within 60 days of the invoice date. All returned goods are subject to a restocking fee. Any saw blade that has been rebored, regound, or modified in any way, including identifying marking & logos other then General Saw Corporation, cannot be accepted for return.

REBORING: Almost any saw blade can be bored to fit your exact specifications. The reboring fee depends on the size of the bore enlargement, number of pinholes and/or keyways. All bores, pinholes and/or keyways are subject to set-up charges. Please call for up to date pricing on this service. A blade that has been rebored by another company other than General Saw Corporation cannot be returned for credit or a replacement.

WARRANTY: GENERAL SAW CORPORATION manufactures only the highest quality industrial precision products. Saw Blades with defects in materials or workmanship up to 20” diameter will be replaced at no charge. This warranty also covers Custom Saw Blade or Large Saw Blades (22” or larger) in accordance to operation & application specifications provided by the customer. General Saw Corporation will only guarantee the workmanship of Custom Blade or Large Saw Blade based upon industry standards for RPM and run-out tolerances purchased directly from General Saw Corporation. Damage to saw blade(s) due to customers misuse is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is VOID once a saw blade has been reground (sharpened) or has had an Identifying logo and/or other marking other than General Saw Corporation’s logo. General Saw Corporation utilizes guidelines provided by the American National Standards Institute. All blades are manufactured with Maximum RPM Standards for safe Operation and any blade performing outside these standards is not warranted. General Saw Corporation is not responsible for the application in which these Custom Blade or Large Saw Blades will be utilized. We also do not warranty the functionality of any Custom Saw Blade or Large Saw Blade application (22” or larger) under any circumstances. Any saw blades that fall under this category are also considered non-returnable items.
